Only a few minutes walk from Cavill Ave for access to shopping and entertainment. Plenty of dining options surround the property from casual cafes to more sophisticated restaurants.

Rooms: Two bedroom apartments are large, modern and generally in a good condition. Living areas are spacious and all feature balconies. Units are independently owned so furnishings may vary, but all are well maintained. Not all units offer air-conditioning, some have ceiling fans instead. All units have security intercom, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and cable TV. Main bedroom features a queen bed, second bedroom features two single beds.

Restaurant: There are many restaurants and cafes in the area.

Exterior: Medium rise, wide building with most units facing the beachfront and all with spacious balconies. Secured underground parking, outdoor swimming pool, bbq area and tennis court are available on site.

Lobby: Medium sized, air-conditioned lobby with some seating provided. Tour desk also offers information on activities and sightseeing available in the local area.

General: Good location with great access to Main Beach. Although the furnishings differ, all units are in good condition and provide all conveniences necessary for a self sufficient holiday. Facilities such as the swimming pools, tennis court and bbq area provide a popular choice of activities for guests. NH1108
