Trinity Beach is a suburb of Cairns approximately 10 miles from Cairns city centre. Trinity Beach is also the name of the beach that stretches for about a mile.

Just 30km north east of Tully in North Queensland lays the town of Mission Beach. In fact, the name may be used more loosely for a number of small localities scattered along the beach. The hills behind the beach are covered with rainforest and peppered with holiday homes. Over the past ten years developers have made Mission Beach their mission. Strict building covenants are imposed on developers so that the area remains environmentally sound, which is great news for the area and the environment. With more couples and families visiting Mission Beach for their holidays every year the area remains really beautiful the beach itself is fringed with coconut palms. It is one of the few remaining places in North Queensland where the rainforest reaches the ocean.
