The complex has a heated pool / spa, tennis court (half size), relaxing barbecue & entertaining area, pontoon & boat ramp, making it ideal for those who enjoy fishing, reading a book or just watching the sun set.

Reception is across the road from a bus stop that can take you south to Surfers Paradise or north to Paradise Point or take a 2min walk to the Broadwater, along the walking tracks to playgrounds and pelican feeding. It’s a 5 minute walk to the local shops and within 15 minute drive to shopping centres, Harbourtown Outlet Shopping, Runaway Bay Sports Centres, attractions, dining and the world famous Gold Coast theme parks.
