Buddina is a business district suburb of the Sunshine Coast. A notable feature of Buddina is the Kawana Shoppingworld shopping centre, which is one of the largest shopping centres on the Sunshine Coast and features over 100 stores. The eastern half of Buddina fronts the Pacific Ocean, with a long stretch of beaches, whilst the western half of Buddina is a canal neighbourhood. Great news for surfers - Buddina Beach picks up a considerable swell and everyone can enjoy Buddina Beach – its crystal clear waters and golden sand are fun and great for walking. There are BBQ facilities and picnic area, and the beach is popular with fishermen trying to catch Taylor.
