An experience within itself, this hinterland retreat not only boasts an incredible perch upon Lamington National Park where the O’Reilly family first set up their homestead, but incredible waterfall trails, flying fox experience, glow worm cave tours and day spa. You’ll also be blown away by the infinity edge pool overlooking the rainforest that seemingly stretches to the horizon and beyond.

Mantra Towers of Chevron

A long-time favourite of the Gold Coast, Mantra Towers of Chevron (formerly Towers of Chevron Renaissance) boasts it’s ‘Beaches in the Sky’ 1.25 acre recreational area. You can expect an enormous 600 square metre lagoon entry pool peppered with grotto spas and lined by white sandy beaches. The palm-fringed pool is found on level 5 of the building with plenty of alcoves and separate areas that offer some privacy. The tropically landscaped area also has plenty of shaded areas with BBQs surrounding the pool to enjoy a lunch feast!

BreakFree Diamond Beach

Nestled in the heart of Broadbeach, BreakFree Diamond Beach is just metres from the glorious golden sand beaches that gave the Gold Coast their name. The resort has replicated a piece of this beachside magic with two large lagoon pools, one of which is heated, with waterfalls, rock caves, spa and walkways meandering throughout. There is also a separate children’s activity playground with sparkling fountains, games room and novelty pool.

Sea World Resort

Popular for many reasons, Australia’s only theme park resort not only offers modern 4.5 star accommodation, an array of dining facilities, kids club, and watersports, but also the amazing Water Park.
SpongeBob Splash Bash features an enormous splash zone with lagoon entry pool, mammoth plunge, waterslide and even a waterfall! Surfers Paradise Marriott

The Marriott offers a true resort-style experience with an array of incredible dining from teppanyaki to award-winning seafood, kids club, and stunning accommodation. The crème de la crème of the resort is the 8 million dollar aquatic playground featuring a cascading waterfall, waterslide, rock grottos, spa and spectacular saltwater lagoon filled with tropical fish you can see up close swimming or from the safety of land during the daily fish feeding. The lagoon is lined with beautiful white sand formulated based on silica (the same sand found on Whitehaven) that does not stick!

For those preferring to swim without aquatic company, there is a separate pool without sand or fish that features a whirlpool.
