This stunning resort-style five bedroom house is located at the quiet end of iconic Four Mile Beach, surrounded by lush tropical gardens. With the ocean front at ground level, the highlight is the pool and poolside pavilion featuring a magnificent 25m freshwater lap pool with swim up bar and sun lounges, a full outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue, bar fridge and dishwasher. Seamlessly designed for sumptuous tropical entertaining, the dining area has seating for ten guests.
A spiral staircase connects the indoor-outdoor living and entertaining spaces on the three levels of the house. On the first floor, sliding doors open up to the open plan living area and dining space on the balcony, which is partially cantilevered over the pool. An expansive roof top entertaining space is the ideal private retreat for enjoying the sunshine or the night sky. An added bonus is the internal elevator accessing each floor of the house.
For the ultimate cooking experience, the gourmet kitchen features an open servery connecting the outdoor through a large bifold window, granite stone benchtops, high quality Bosche appliances, two dishwashers, two ovens, large fridge with icemaker and Nespresso coffee machine. The huge island bench is perfect for the host to entertain while preparing meals.
The master bedroom features a massive handcrafted silky oak bed and the adjoining bathroom contains a two-person spa bath. The other four bedrooms have king size beds which can be configured as two singles if required. A separate study offers a printer, telephone with free domestic calls, a sofa and a Roland digital piano.
Relax and enjoy a choice of entertainment options including AppleTV, Foxtel, LCD Smart TV, projector, BlueRay DVD, DVD library, books, games and puzzles.
