Each holiday home is complete with full kitchen facilities, spacious lounge and dining areas, a laundry and private balconies with panoramic views. Standard Homes:
Located a short distance from the Marina Village this accommodation is close to restaurants, shops and activities and offers a choice of 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms with balconies with bushland or ocean views.
Superior Homes:
With a choice of 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, this range is both stylish and well appointed. Large spacious balconies with a mixture of Coral Sea, bush land and Marina views provide a great environment for relaxing and entertaining.
Resortside Homes: 
Located within easy walking distance of Catseye Beach, this accommodation offers 2 bedroom apartments set in landscaped tropical gardens with ocean views.
Deluxe Homes:
With a choice of 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, this range offers spacious open-plan living with the latest in style and design features. Set in elevated positions on the North Eastern and North Western side of the island, each has magnificent views. They are a perfect indulgent escape.
Luxury Homes:
These homes offer a highly luxurious opportunity to relax in a lavish, modern, waterfront abode. Located close to the marina they offer spacious open-plan entertaining areas, large kitchens and balconies over-looking the water.

Bookings are essential and are recommended in advance.

Hamilton Island Golf Club
The only Australian 18-hole, par 71 championship course on its own island, the Hamilton Island Golf Course is located on Dent Island, in the heart of the Great Barrier Reef, just a ten minute ferry ride from the Hamilton Island Marina. Designed by legendary Australian golfer, Peter Thomson, the course is suitable for all levels of golfer - from keen amateurs, through to experienced professionals. Ferries from Hamilton Island Marina depart every hour on the hour to Dent Island and return every hour on the half hour. The ferry transfer is included in your green fees and your ferry transfer will be scheduled at the time of your booking.
